• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (e.g., advance payment, milestone-based, or full payment on delivery).
• Once a service has been initiated, refunds will only be provided under exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
• Lou’a Productions reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice for future projects.

4. Intellectual Property
• All content, graphics, videos, and materials created by Lou’a Productions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final approved deliverables for their intended purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our work without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, and approvals required for project completion.
• Lou’a Productions will not be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions from the client.
• Clients must ensure they have the rights to any images, logos, or content they provide for use.

6. Revisions and Approvals
• Lou’a Productions provides a reasonable number of revisions depending on the service package.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
• Once final approval is given, any further changes will be treated as a new project or billed additionally.

7. Display of Work
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion.

8. Limitation of Liability
Lou’a Productions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from advertising campaigns.

9. Privacy
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share or sell your personal or business data to third parties, except when required by law.

10. Termination of Services
Lou’a Productions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if the client breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in unethical or illegal activities.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
